Welcome to use the online room reservation system of Hotel Fortuna. You can order, alter or cancel reservation simply and swiftly through this procedure. To successfully complete the reservation, there are 4 steps to follow: (1) Complete the reservation form Please fill in the reservation form on the net and push "submit" key. The room rates can be found at room rates page. (2) Hotel confirmation All online reservations will be replied by our reservation staff within 24 hours. Reply will be in the form of e-mail. (3) Guest reply Guest are then required to reply our e-mail to confirm the room reservation. (4) Successful reservation The reservation will be completed when our staff receives the confirmation e-mail from the guest. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest room rental fee and other expenses on your credit card. If the guest did not check-in on the arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the room rental fee for the first night of the booking.   Note: - Amendment or cancellation policy The guest must notify us for any amendment or cancellation of booking in the form of e-mail within 24 hours before the arrival date. - Personal information All information that you submitted is only used for the reservation department of Hotel Fortuna. Any guest information will not be revealed to any person without the authorization of the guest.
